What happens after you book your party?
Make your payment and confirm numbers
- Pay your $200 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking
- Let us know if your numbers increase after you’ve booked by calling or emailing us ASAP so we can reserve activity spots (they are limited!)
On the week before your party
- On the Monday before your party, you’ll receive an email asking you to confirm final numbers and food extras
- Final numbers and food extras need to be confirmed by 12pm on the Wednesday before your party
- Final payment is required 24 hours before your party starts
- If we haven’t heard back, we’ll follow up with an SMS reminder
Bringing Decorations?
- We allow balloons on weights and simple table decorations.
- Avoid bringing large props or items that stick to walls. There is minimal time to set up the party space.

- Your choice of 2 pizza toppings (Margherita, Hawaiian, Pepperoni or Vegetarian) Gluten free, vegan, lactose free, and other dietary options can be catered for

Note: We don’t allow outside food into the venue. Only birthday cakes and lolly bags are allowed.
We’ll contact you on the Monday before your party to confirm final attendance numbers. You can add any optional extras on at this point if unsure when first booking your party.
Frequently Asked Party Questions

To secure your booking, you are required to place a $200 non-refundable deposit. Please read the Terms and Conditions for further information.

You MUST book for the maximum – you’ll be asked to confirm final amounts 3-4 days before your event. If numbers are reduced from originally booked, they’ll be removed from your booking. You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you have a last-minute cancelation.
- If your numbers increase after you’ve booked please email us at info@royalpickleclub.com.au ASAP so we can reserve activity spots (they are limited!).
- 7 days before your party, you’ll receive an email asking you to confirm the final numbers and food extras.
- Final numbers and food extras need to be confirmed 3-4 days before your party at 12noon (Wednesday 12noon).
- Final payment is required 24 hours before your party starts – no further changes to numbers can be made.
Note: parties are based on court capacity limits. If you are looking at having more than 16 children attending, please send an inquiry to our team to discuss options.

Yes!
Please be mindful that if your cake contains frosting or icing we may not have any room in our fridges to store it. We, of course try our very best to make room.

You will receive your party invitation templates in your booking confirmation email. You can also download them here.

For parties, you must put 10min prior to the start time of the party. Eg. 2pm party = 1.50pm arrival time.
Any late arrivals will join into the party from the point it is running.
All parties run for 1hr and 40min.

No outside food is permitted in our venue.

We cater to a range of allergies.
While we try our very best to cater to all dietary requirements, cross-contamination can occur in the kitchen and cooking appliances. Eg. chips are cooked in the same oil that items which contain gluten and/or egg.
If you have a child who requires a special meal we require the following information:
- Childs Name:
- Allergy/Dietary Type:
- Severity/Reaction type (eg. Religion, Anaphylactic, Rash, Intolerance etc):
If the child isn’t your child, we recommend checking with the child’s parents on what best suits their needs. If the allergy is extremely severe and we are unable to provide a safe meal for the child – the parent can bring a lunch box for the child.

All platters need to be pre-ordered. We can’t guarantee the kitchen will have capacity and/or stock to provide any additional platters on the day.
Additional drinks can be ordered through the cafe or your party host.

We highly recommend booking all participants into the activity at the time of booking. Our center and activities run on a capacity basis. If you believe that additional people may want to climb on the day this must be pre-booked. We can’t guarantee there will be spots available on or closer to the day.
Would you like to add some extra climbing or minigolf passes for extra guests? Please send us an email at info@royalpickleclub.com.au with your existing booking number. Our team will add these for you.

Please set up your drinks tab with your party host or reception on arrival. We’ll require a credit card or debit card to put in safe keeping as a security- but don’t worry we won’t change it until you are ready to finalise the tab.
